Rental Pricing Special

For a limited time, the Scarab Club will be offering Friday and Sunday rentals at weekday pricing. This special is good for any future dates booked during the run of the program. During the month of July, we are also offering $50 off Scarab Patron level membership.  All rental rates are per hour, from first arrival of host or guests to last departure from the building. One half of the total Scarab Club rental contract fee (not including catering costs) is required to reserve the date. Final payment is due five business
days prior to the event. This non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to hold any requested dates. Rental rates are subject to change. A security deposit (as a separate check or money order) will be paid along with the final payment, at least five business days before the event. The deposit will be mailed back to the renter within five business days after the event. The deposit covers potential damage to Scarab Club property or overage to the contracted rental hours.
