The Scarab Club's gallery, lounge and intimate walled garden provide for flexible seating capacities and food and drink arrangements.  The club can provide formal dinners, buffets, or food stations with a variety of bar layouts. The house caterer, popular Detroit restaurant and bar Union Street, provides services ranging from hors d'oeuvres and luncheons to lavish receptions.

• Rates vary based on 1) day or evening timeframe 2) weekday or weekend (see pricing)
• Day rental hours are from 9am-5pm.  Evening hours are from 5pm-12MID
• Minimum rental period requirement of four hours for day functions and five hours for evenings
• Renter must hold a Scarab Club “Patron” level membership to serve alcohol at function. (Club holds a club class liquor license)
• Exhibits cannot be removed for function. 
• Rates are subject to change.
• Deposit and signed contract are required to hold any requested date.
